About Us
Mission Statement
HeartSafe CPR Inc., is committed in providing quality CPR to individuals in the community that want to help save a life by performing CPR. HeartSafe CPR Inc., is dedicated in bringing life saving CPR and First Aid Instruction to the community. We recognize that early intervention in cardiac arrest is key to patient survival. We believe everyone should be trained in CPR. HeartSafe CPR instructors bring experience, knowledge and skill to the classroom. We provide informational, educational, pratical, yet fun instruction. We give students the confidence to perform these life saving skills. We can come to your office, church or school to train your organization. We provide you with all the tools you will need to get the job done.

Ciro R. Sansossio
EMT-Paramedic, MPA-Fire Science, BS-Management,
Ciro has been a firefighter since 2005. He has a business background and worked as a public accountant for more ten years. A graduate of Anna Maria College, UMass Boston, and Joseph P. Keefe Technical High School. He owns several real estate properties as well as Mr. Plow snow plowing service.
Doug Farquharson
Fire Fighter/EMT-Intermediate Doug is on the Natick Fire Department and has worked in the public safety field since 1992. He spent many years as a 9-1-1 dispatcher handling police, fire, and medical emergency calls and was certified as an Emergency Medical Dispatcher. He spent more than twenty years in the military, rising to the rank of First Sergeant in the MA Army National Guard where he was also a certified Instructor and Combat Lifesaver. Recognizing the importance of a CPR-trained public, Doug took his first CPR course while in high school. He is married and the father of four wonderful children.
Victor Lipoma
EMT-Basic
Victor, a graduate of Franklin High class of 1990 joined the United States Marine Corps following high school. He served, active duty, in the Gulf War Conflict as well as Somalia. A former member IUOE (International Union of Operating Engineers), he joined the Natick Fire department in 2003 and was promoted to Lieutenant May, 2009. He is currently pursuing his associate’s degree in fire science from Quinsigamond Community College.
